ask you if you want to ride with the guide, the group or alone.
provide enough information to get you from A to B no matter who you ride with.
carry your luggage between hotels at no extra cost.
recover you, your passenger and your bike to a safe place if you breakdown.
give you the contact mobile numbers of both the guide and the support vehicle.
provide you with access to tools if you need to maintain your bike.
deal with hoteliers on your behalf should you encounter a problem.
carry your pillion in the support vehicle if they want a day off the bike.
ask you for feedback so that we can improve.
listen to you.
