If you have your complimentary copy of our 2008 brochure, you can simply complete the booking form at the back of the brochure and send it to us with your deposit of £95 per motorcycle for scheduled European tours.
Bespoke tours require a deposit of £150 per bike which reflects the additional work required for these tours (see 'Bespoke tours' below). Please call us first so that your bespoke tour request is accepted by us prior to sending your deposit.
Worldwide tours require 25% of the full cost at time of booking.
If you require us to arrange your flights, then please contact us as soon as possible for flight availablilty. Payment for flights arranged by us are payable at time of booking and are non-refundable. (cancellations should be covered by your travel insurance).
All Cheques should be made payable to 'Freedom Touring Ltd.'
We do accept debit and credit cards, although there is an additional charge when using a credit card to cover merchants fees on the tranaction. There is no charge for debit cards. Please call 0845 2303 567 to use this method of payment.

We will send confirmation of booking by return. We will also advise you on the date for payment of the balance which will be 60 days prior to your tour departure date.
Bespoke tours
If you which us to organise a tour at a different time of year to those advertised, then you should call our office to discuss your requirements. Bespoke tours can vary in cost depending on the time of year requested, duration of the trip etc. If it is possible to arrange a tour to your requirements then we will agree a price with you and will ask you to complete a booking form. Due to the additional amount of administration involved with bespoke tours, we will require a deposit of £150 which will be non-refundable.
